Regina worked on the high-end property and furnished it with selections from different places in Atlanta and locally. She was very creative at finding the right pieces and reworking the space. She helped select the right paints and connect with the painters, lighting and installation company and furniture set up. She and her crew staged the home for pics while I was away at a conference. They are the best in the business in Augusta and would be a great investment at renovating or improving the space in your house.

I worked with Regina to design a comfortable relaxing experience for my guests at a new short term rental. She worked with me over several weeks, constantly keeping me updated on the state of the project. She was able to connect me with a few local vendors to fill in extra maintenance issues, and with a photographer to take professional photos of the space! In short, she was *invaluable* in making my property launch successful.

Regina and her team staged a home I was listing and were major contributors to us getting it under contract in the first weekend that we had it on the market. Regina did a thorough walk through prior to us meeting, and brought a wealth of ideas to how she could best accentuate the features of the house so that potential buyers could immediately envision themselves comfortably at home. In addition to the quality of the tangible items used, Regina was very intentional about bringing positive energy in to the space, which I greatly appreciated. Her communication, both throughout the process and during the follow-up time frame, was exceptional.
